Each summer Tomah Baptist Church has a Vacation Bible School for children ages 4 – 11 with a special session for the teens and another session for the adults. Traditionally, it’s held the third week of June.

Set in an exciting and fun thematic environment, our lively VBS program engages the children in discovering how we can live each day for God and learn more about His Word. Everyday we have a Bible skit, lesson or puppet play, sing fun songs, engage in creative crafts, Bible lessons, storytelling and snacks. On the final day, there is a special closing program for families and friends. It is a spiritual, fun-filled week for all!

For the teens, there is usually a dynamic guest speaker and several exciting games and activities to motivate and encourage our youths how to live a godly life faced with the challenges of an ungodly world.

Our adults enjoy the educational setting of a two-part session each night, learning indepth precepts of God's Word and how it relates to their lives as well as the various aspects of the challenges they face on a regular basis. Nursery and Toddler Services are provided nightly as well.

Are you ready for Family Vacation Bible School 2010?! We are, and can't wait to have you join us!

Sunday-Wednesday, June 20th through 23rd @ 6:30 to 8:30 Nightly

Children's VBS Features Farmer Frank's Full of Faith Farm: This summer we’ll take a trip to FARMER
FRANK’S FULL OF FAITH FARM and learn about PLANTING, SOWING, GROWING, WEEDING and REAPING.
It’s a farming theme in which we will focus on the Biblical principles of sowing and reaping and growing in faith. At FARMER FRANK’S we’ll meet Grandpa Frank, Grandson Kevin, Granddaughter Faith, Guaca-Mole and the Colonel. Each night they will teach us a Bible lesson in a fun way.

Farmer Frank's Full of Faith Farm VBS at Tomah Baptist ChurchFARMER FRANK’S FULL OF FAITH FARM is coming to us by way of Tom and Cris Geer of Children’s Ministry Missionaries. They have been involved in children’s ministry since 1981, traveling around the country and into the Philippines to reach children with the gospel of Jesus Christ. They visited our church one evening about three years ago and this is the first we have been able to get them here. Tom and Cris will lead the program for first through sixth graders. With an emphasis on planting, weeding and harvesting, the children will have an event-filled session, including the opportunity to dress the part for one of the nights. They have also supplied us with a similar program which we will use to minister to the preschool children of the adults who work as helpers in VBS or who attend the adult program put on by Dr. Frank Garlock.
