Plan ahead for an evening of fun, food and a blessing for all. You will be served an amazing dinner, followed by an unforgettable performance of A True Christmas Carol that is sure to be one of the highlights of your Christmas festivities, and put you in the perfect spirit for the season.

Performances are scheduled for December 12 and 13. Dinner seating will begin December 12 at 4:30 p.m., in the Tomah Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, followed by the performance at 6:00 p.m. The performance runs approximately one hour and a half in length.

A special children's program is provided during the meal and dramatic presentation on Saturday, for children under the age of 12. We will have pizza, a fun film and more, all under the trustworthy watch and care of our experienced volunteer staff. The children's program is provided without any additional cost, but will accept your kind donations to cover the expenses. Please be sure to specify if you will need child care, so that we can be sure to have enough food and staff. There is also our regular nursery and children's programs during the morning service on Sunday.

Due to food preparations, advance tickets will be only be available from the end of October until December 10th. Please call the office at 608/ 372-5288 or contact the church secretary to reserve your tickets for the incredible value of only $7 per person to cover the cost meal. Tickets for the performance only are free to all who come. No dinner tickets will be sold at the door. We ask that you specify your main course preference at the time of your reservation, in order to provide an exact count for our chef. Synopsis

A True Christmas Carol

This heartwarming drama retells the Classic story of Dickens' beloved Christmas tale. It follows Ebenezer Scrooge, a surly and stingy money lender, who's living in 19th century London, the play's setting. Scrooge is more interested in profit than celebration. During the night of Christmas Eve, Scrooge dreams he is visited by three ghosts "Spirits"--the Spirit of Christmas past, present and future, in addition to his former business partner, the deceased and tormented Jacob Marley. Marley warns Scrooge of the dangers of not just the importance of "changing his ways," but more importantly, changing his heart to trust in the only One Who can truly change his life--Jesus Christ. Scrooge will learn that there are true consequences for an unrepentant heart, and these startling revelations bring him to his knees. The drama is punctuated throughout with music from the Tomah Baptist Church choir.
